Choose, book and track your project online! Use our new GetGoing PartnerNet to constantly keep an eye on the truck you have booked. All the information you want about the content and venues of your roadshow, your trucks and the deployment plan is just a click away. The benefits for you: The project progress is transparent for everybody involved (with user rights allocated as required), inconvenient tour gaps can be optimally filled and you can check current availability and deployments at any time. That saves time, energy and money.
The intuitive portal guides you easily through the information pool. There is also a convenient calendar that shows you the current location as well as the on-road and standing times of your show truck. The location report uses Google Earth to show you a location. In the download area you will find the technical documents for your project. You can view photos of your roadshow in the picture gallery at any time.
Our PartnerNet functions:
Calendar
In the calendar, you can enter your own appointments, update them and access all the details of individual appointments such as addresses, contact persons, event times and much more.
Picture gallery
You can create an unlimited number of galleries. Fill them for example with photos of various events, locations, conversion phases etc.
Downloads
You can collect important documents in the download area. Upload and file under various headings documents such as event flyers, location sketches and other information. We can also upload floor plans, film wrapping data, requirements profiles etc. for you here.
Location report
This shows you the addresses of all the locations your truck has visited. The data records are linked to Google Earth, so you can check out the location right away. If required, we can also equip your truck with GPS for precise route tracking and documentation.
